Cameron Cryder

Cameron Cryder

Director of Youth Ministries

Cameron, also called "Cram," has been doing youth ministry for 10 years, 7 of which were here in the Treasure Valley. Cameron has worked for Boone Memorial Presbyterian Church, Trinity Presbyterian Church, and if you can remember, even here at Covenant for a year.

When he's not doing all-nighters, camping trips, floating the Boise River, and much more with youth, Cram enjoys golf, playing the guitar, mountain biking, and anything else that involves being outside.

He is married to Jill Cryder, once known as Jill Compton, and he still wonders why she said yes. The answer is simple: God is GOOD!

The question everyone wants answered is: "Are you and Jill planning on having kids?" The answer: "Yes, but Cameron has a little growing up to do first!"

Dottie Barrons

Dottie Barrons

Sr. Administrative Assistant

Dottie Barrons joined the CPC staff in late 2006. After graduating from Kansas State University, Dottie and her husband both taught at a small rural high school in north central Kansas. They moved to Colorado and started a family. They have two grown daughters and four grandchildren. Dottie and Gary were very active in an Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Lakewood, Colorado, for several years. The Lord made it possible for her and Gary, her husband of 43 years, to move from Denver to Boise in February, 2006 to be near their grandchildren. Gary was a teacher and coach before retiring due to spinal cord injury that led to being confined to a wheelchair. Dottie is his primary caregiver.

Dottie was on staff of Promise Keepers in Denver for 11 years, starting as an office volunteer when there was a staff of four. She advanced to Administrative Assistant in Event Services and later specialized in Travel Management. While at PK, she observed over and over again how the Lord provided what was needed to make it possible to impact the lives and families of millions of men who attended PK events throughout the county. She has learned that the Lord is never early in His provision, but He often waits until the last minute to show us once again that He is in control, not us! Dottie’s hobbies are gardening and photography.
