Descriptions and "What to Expect" For Worship and Ministries This Spring at Covenant

As more people become vaccinated, we anticipate more people returning to in-person worship.  Still, Covenant is taking Jesus' message to love our neighbor very seriously during the pandemic, and we take public health very seriously.  In-person worship continues to be modified; we wear face coverings and practice social distancing.  We prop open doors for better airflow and ventilation.  We strive to keep our gatherings smaller, and offer multiple worship services and livestreams.   We are offering much educational content both online and in-person, and we are trying to be very creative in how we gather for the sake of public health.  If you are new to Covenant, know that we are doing things differently than "normal", but all of our actions are done with public health in mind.  We continue to pray that the end of the pandemic is near, and we are shifting our schedules to accomodate our a gradual return to a post-pandemic life.

Worship Schedule Beginning Sunday, April 11th, 2021 through current date:

9:00am Livestream Service  We trust your judgement and support you if you need to worship from home.  We will livestream our 9:00am sanctuary service via our facebook page.  This will also be posted to our youtube page for viewing anytime.

9:00am Sanctuary Worship Physical-distancing guidelines will be practiced.  This will be a *touchless* service;  Excellent musicians will lead us in music, and there will be no congregational singing, as singing indoors is one of the best ways to spread the coronavirus.  Children's Church is not currently offered at this service, nor are we able to provide nursery care (just yet).  We wear facemasks.  While worship is significantly modified, we *will* be offering meaningful worship to the Lord our God.

11:00am Sanctuary Worship  This service is almost identical to the 9:00am service, but we do provide a children's church opportunity for pre-school thru elementary age students during this service.
