Steve Eulberg, Interim Director of Music

A lifelong musician who began singing in church, Steve holds a Master of Music Education from Boston University and a Master of Divinity from Trinity Lutheran Seminary. He was ordained in his home congregation of Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Pemberville, Ohio, and then served as pastor of Fountain of Hope Lutheran Fellowship in Kansas City, Missouri, a multi-racial innercity congregation that met in a storefront tombstone-cutting business which they transformed into a home for worship and ministry.


For 17 years he was the Director of Music for the Lutheran Campus Ministry at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. Also serving as Music Director of First Presbyterian Church in Loveland, Colorado and choir accompanist for Westminster Presbyterian Church in Fort Collins, Colorado. He also was the guitarist for the Agua de Vida Northern Colorado Hispanic Ministry and multi-instrumentalist for the Whole Life Fellowship in Fort Collins.


He is a registered Music Together teacher (pre-school) and teaches classes for Music Together Boise Northend. In addition to teaching in his private studio, he is an on-line guitar instructor for JamPlay.com and Truefire.com and co-founded DulcimerCrossing.com to teach dulcimers online.

His spouse, Connie Winter-Eulberg, is pastor of King of Glory Lutheran Church on Maple Grove since moving to the area in March 2021. They have two grown children, Kaitlin (Nick), who is a palliative care Chaplain in the Providence system in Beaverton, Oregon and Zach (Katherine) who is an actor and director in Toronto, Ontario.


His songs and hymns have been published by AugsburgFortress, Abingdon, Chalice Press and his music is licensed by CCLI for congregational worship. He has composed 4 liturgical settings for Communion, a Dulcimer-Friendly Evening Prayer service, and published a Bluegrass communion service written by Kent Gustavson via Owl Mountain Music, Inc.
